Dr. Meena Venugopal, founder of Excel Med Spa has been practicing medicine for over 35 years. She is a Family Physician Certified by the American Academy of Family Practice and due to her professional accomplishments in the field, was honored as a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine.

 

Dr. Venugopal is Board Certified in Obesity Medicine by the American Academy of Obesity Medicine in 2017  .

 

Dr.Venugopal obtained laser certification in 2018.

Since then she has been performing a variety of laser aesthetic and medical procedures including facial rejuvenation, wrinkle treatment and tight sculpting on various parts of the body including the neck abdomen thighs, upper back  etc.

Dr. Venugopal is certified by the Bureau of radiation for laser safety 

 

Following completion of medical school from Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi India, Dr.Venugopal worked in the United  Kingdom 3 years before moving to the USA and completed her residency from UNMC, Omaha and moved to Phoenix .
